Bring a valid ID card, and try to fill out your New Patient Forms before arriving.
What if I'm running late?
Life happens! Just make sure to text us and we'll work to accommodate you. For some visits, we may need to reschedule if you are over 15 minutes late.
Can I bring a friend?
The more the merrier. If you're comfortable with them in the room, so are we.
Is your office wheelchair accessible?
Absolutely. There is an elevator at the end of the hall on the first floor.
Can I book a visit for my child?
We treat children over the age of six. If we find your child needs more specialized care, we will refer them to a pediatric dentist.
